To further deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises and jointly cultivate digital talents that meet the needs of the new era, the School of Business Administration(SBA) and Seentao Technology Co., Ltd. held a cooperation signing ceremony in Conference Room 701 of Wenhan Building on 28th November 2024. The meeting was presided over by Professor Liu Wenxing of the Department of Human Resources Management and attended by Professor Wu Haitao, Dean of the SBA, representatives of Seentao Technology Co., Ltd., Director Yan Liang of the Department of Organization Management of the School of International Business of Shaanxi Normal University, Professor Zhao Chenhui, Director of the Department of Human Resources Management, and Wu Shirong, Head of the Undergraduate Program Office.
At the beginning of the meeting, Professor Wu Haitao delivered a speech. He first briefly reviewed the history of the school and then introduced the school's strengths and characteristics in detail.
Mao Hengbo, General Manager of the Hubei Branch of Seentao Technology Co., Ltd., pointed out that the company is committed to the training of digital talents and has a broad cooperation foundation with the SBA in terms of internship, teaching materials, discipline, and professional construction. In the future, the company will continue to deepen its cooperation with the school.
Afterwards, Professor Zhao Chenhui emphasized the importance and urgency of the transformation of the human resources management profession, and the urgent need to cooperate with leading digital companies t to jointly explore new ways and models for professional transformation.
Director Yan Liang expressed the hope to strengthen cooperation with the Department of Human Resources Management of our school to cultivate composite senior professionals with international vision and humanistic qualities.
At the end of the meeting, representatives of all parties jointly signed a cooperation agreement and took a group photo.
